Making a blog book – part 1

Since returning to the UK I have decided to turn my blog of the year we spent in Korea into a proper book, something to look back on. After looking at several options I picked Blurb and downloaded their booksmart programme. You then log in with your wordpress details, give the dates you want and it puts it all together.

Done!

Well, not really. It just dumps everything in, with no real regard for formatting or photo layout. And none of the photos have been imported with enough resolution for printing (that is what all those warning orange triangles are about!). So, I am having to go though every entry and play around with it.

Anyway I have got to grips with most of it now, well the bits that I want to anyway, and I am making progress. Thought it is taking a long time, just hope the results are worth it.
